The High Performance Leadership Podcast started because 360 Solutions Founder Chip Wilson wanted a way to share the information and insights he had gathered from leadership experts he had met over the years. He also wanted a channel to talk about leadership principles that have worked with the organizations he’s worked with over 20 years.

Together with his co-host, veteran Radio DJ Randy Lane, the two have interviewed dozens of leadership experts and shared valuable leadership principles to hundreds of thousands of people.
